Chicago-based healthcare marketing/advertising Agency seeks Account Executive
whose responsibilities will include serving as the primary client contact and
representative for assigned accounts and who will initiate and execute marketing,
creative, media, research and auxiliary services on behalf of assigned clients.
Reporting to an Account Supervisor, s/he will develop an in-depth knowledge of a
client’s business and industry in order to understand and represent the client
point-of-view within the Agency; work with the Supervisor to write marketing and
communication plans; generate conference reports and correspondence, keeping the
Account Team updated and apprised of client activities and needs; develop tactical
communication plans; develop strategy briefs for approval; provide initial approval
of estimates, timetables and billing; and maintain awareness of client graphic and
copy standards. In addition, this individual will strive to build strong, lasting
client relationships, while achieving client objectives in a profitable and timely
manner, and will seek ways to better support client needs.
The qualified candidate will be a Bachelors degreed professional with a minimum of
2-4 years of agency account service experience in the medical marketing/advertising
field. S/he will be a team-oriented individual who demonstrates excellent client
management and relationship building skills and outstanding oral and written communication
ability.
