To initiate the process simply fill out your application online. You can also mail, fax or e-mail your current resume to us.

Once your resume is received, it will be coded according to expertise and industry background, and that information will be entered into our database. At that point, if you have not already completed our candidate profile form online, we will mail you the form. This will allow you to provide us with additional information, including the types of projects and/or positions you would like us to target on your behalf, your compensation requirements, software skills, and your work schedule preference.

For each search that we receive from a client, we query the database for the skills and qualifications that are required. If your background is a match, we will contact you to inquire about your interest and availability.

If you are interested in pursuing the project/position, we will share your background with the client, and if they are interested in going forward, we will then arrange to meet with you. After your interview at Executive Options, Ltd. we will introduce you to the client.
